1. Security is built in, not bolted on

We design our platform to be production-grade. The shared chassis behind our products uses modern authentication, role-based access control, encrypted secrets, and tenant isolation so each business’s data stays separate.

2. How we protect data

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to systems is limited to the people who need it, secrets are stored securely rather than in code, dependencies are kept up to date, and we take regular backups.

Payment card and wallet details are handled entirely by our payment partner (EPS) — Pxlhut never stores them.

3. Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in our sites or platform, please email hello@pxlhut.com with the details. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to confirm and fix it.

Please do not publicly disclose an issue until we have had a reasonable chance to address it.
